How do I Connect My GA-100 Amplifier to my phone?

You connect the short cord from the back of the amplifier which is pre-installed by us to the handset port of your telephone.  You will connect your handset cord into the other port on the back of the GA-100 amplifier with the "handset" icon.  You can control the headset and handset from the switch on the front of the amplifier.

What is the warranty..?

When you see an Acoustical Innovations product with warranty covered by LTP (lifetime Technology Protection), this means your warranty is for a period of 2 years from the shipping date. If a unit becomes defective due to material or workmanship, we will replace it.

How Can I tell if this is in warranty?

 

On Headsets, simply remove the ear cushion and view the serial number on the headset. On the amplifier the serial number is located on the bottom of the unit. Call us with this information and we can tell you the products warranty status.  Do not remove any of the serial numbers as this will void your warranty.

Why is my headset "beeping"

The beeping sounds is a warning system we designed into amplifiers that need batteries. This beeping sound indicates to you that the batteries are low and you need to replace them.  We recommend Energizer or Duracell.  If you want you can purchase the optional AC-adapter.

Do you have anything besides headsets?

To answer this in short, Yes we do stock other manufacturers products that we do not make. from Teleconferecing, Telephones, and Wireless Headset systems.

Do you have a Computer USB headset?

At this time we do not manufacturer a USB Headset. Our engineering department has designed and prototyped a very good unit however, the market demands are very, very low for this type of product.
